Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to support on-site supervision of Security Professionals and ensure site coverage. You will work with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and coordinate post inspections and staffing.

The role requires strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills, with duties including training, scheduling, and incident response across assigned posts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and minimal incidents.
• Minimum of three years in professional protective service.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Strong communication and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Visit posts regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Train new employees and orient on post orders and safety.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management.
• Distribute information and obtain signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper communication.
