Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals and ensure full coverage for remotely managed accounts. The Field Supervisor works with Operations Managers to supervise service delivery and maintain standards.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of protective service experience, strong report writing, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports.
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees at posts.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to management for resolution.
• May administer counseling or disciplinary actions under supervision.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain necessary acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with leadership.
