Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor in Southfield, MI to oversee Security Professionals on remote accounts and ensure full site coverage. You will partner with Operations Managers for day-to-day supervision and post inspections to maintain professional image and service quality.

Responsibilities include on-the-job training, handling call-offs, and coordinating staffing with scheduling. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least three years of protective service

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean record per the criteria.
Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to write reports in legible handwriting and exercise good judgment.

Mansioni

Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
Conduct on-the-job training for new employees or when post orders change.
Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling at the site.
Identify personnel problems and escalate to Management or HR; may assist with investigations.
May administer counseling or disciplinary actions as directed by management.
Disseminate information to posts and obtain acknowledgments and documents.
Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with Operations/Branch Manager.
