Job summary

Allied Universal in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee Security Professionals on remotely managed accounts, ensuring site coverage and adherence to Post Orders. You will work with Operations Managers to supervise day‑to‑day service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and clean record.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned posts regularly to monitor performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training for new staff and post changes.
• Respond to call‑offs and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Identify personnel issues and coordinate with HR/Operations for resolution.
• Distribute information and obtain signed acknowledgements as directed.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with management.
