Allied Universal is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to oversee remote accounts, supervise Security Professionals on-site, and coordinate with Operations Managers to guarantee coverage and service quality.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a minimum of three years in security, and strong reporting/communication skills. Starting pay is $23.08 per hour with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and clean record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively.

Mansioni

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, adjust staffing, and ensure post appearance and compliance.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post-change updates.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes as needed.
• Identify personnel issues and report to Operations Manager/HR; may assist with investigations.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of HR/management.
• Disseminate information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper communication to Operations/Branch Manager.
