Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Security, Facility, and Fleet Coordinator for the Spent Fuel Handling Project (SFHP) Office in Idaho Falls. The role supports IT and Security administration, visitor management, and office logistics at the Idaho National Lab site near the Naval Reactors Facility.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, managing supplies, handling NDAs, maintaining records, and occasional travel to the project facility. Strong confidentiality and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS desirable; high school diploma or equivalent is required as a minimum.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in an office with access controls and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks in support of IT and Security.
• Schedule meetings and manage conference room usage.
• Greet visitors, sign-in, badges, and coordinate escorts with other departments.
• Primary contact for landlord and maintenance in the building.
• Coordinate deliveries to site and truck reservations.
• Take inventory and stock office supplies for the in-town and on-site offices.
• Assist with NDAs for new hires.
• Receive/sort and document incoming mail and packages.
• Follow package delivery procedures outlined by procurement.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of both physical and electronic records.
• Occasional travel to project facility as needed.
