Meta is seeking a Security Engineer Lead to scope, design, and champion security solutions company-wide across multiple domains. The role requires setting technical direction, building threat models, and driving secure design across identity, cryptography, AI security, and cloud security areas.

Formación

• Minimum BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Significant cross-domain security engineering experience.
• Experience driving large, company-wide security initiatives.
• Ability to balance security with friction in a large org.
• Strong communicator across technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Set technical direction for security solutions and platforms across the company.
• Lead development of threat models and high-risk item analyses.
• Define AI agent identification, authorization, and auditing across Meta infrastructure.
• Trade off security vs. speed and cost while enabling rapid progress.
• Drive solution design and lead implementation when needed.
• Build partnerships across security, infra, corporate engineering and legal.
• Present tradeoffs to senior leadership to drive decisions.
