Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Center in Madison, WI. You will monitor alarms and access-control activity, coordinate responses to incidents, and maintain accurate records at a financial services location. Qualifications

• 1+ year of security-related experience required.
• College degree required.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and callers by following site-specific procedures and emergency responses at a financial services location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, incidents, and critical situations to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor alarms, access activity, cameras, and document events with timely updates to leadership.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and related records.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions.
