Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required; licensing varies by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors per site procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate calls, alarms, radios, and service requests; dispatch personnel.
• Document incidents promptly and accurately with calm, problem-solving approach.
• Monitor access control, cameras, and security systems; report anomalies to designated personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
