Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Aging requirements: 18+ for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, prioritize requests, and coordinate on-site responses.
• Maintain accurate logs of calls, incidents, personnel activity, alarm notifications, and other dispatch-related records.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with personnel, management, emergency responders, and other contacts during incidents.
• Monitor security systems (alarms, cameras, access-control notifications) and report issues.
