Qualifications

• 3+ years of security-related experience or a college degree.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Monitor alarms, access-control notifications, and dispatch personnel as needed.
• Respond to incidents with calm, coordinated communication among responders and leadership.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and records of calls and alarms.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify unusual conditions and report concerns.
