The role is full-time with a pay rate of $23.98 per hour. Responsibilities include handling tenant inquiries, logging incidents, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Six months of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate responses from on-site personnel and emergency services.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports related to calls, incidents, access concerns, and other security activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating information to site leadership and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security systems, report unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
