Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Experience with analytic reporting, prioritizing workload, and using IT/security systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and CCTV systems to detect incidents.
• Answer phones and operate an IP-based telephone system.
• Dispatch calls via radio and multi-channel communications.
• Log radio and call activity and issue incident reports.
• Support operations by routing information to appropriate units.
• Ensure timely response to incidents and coordinate with SOC staff.
