• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and emergency procedures at a utilities location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, prioritize calls, and coordinate responses to incidents and service requests.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident reports according to site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with staff, contractors, visitors, and responding agencies.
