Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Resource Allocation in Greenville, SC. This full-time Healthcare Dispatch position requires a valid driver’s license and involves coordinating communications, monitoring activity, and supporting timely responses to security needs across a healthcare location.

You will provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors, while maintaining dispatch logs and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills to interact with patients, visitors, staff and vendors.
• Ability to monitor alarms and communications systems and coordinate dispatch.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident records and activity reports.
• Demonstrate calm, problem-solving approach in medical facility incidents.
• Surveillance of hospital grounds and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures.
• Monitor calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch security personnel and coordinate responses to incidents.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records and activity reports; inform supervisors and hospital staff promptly.
• Respond to incidents with a calm, methodical approach per facility protocols.
• Monitor hospital grounds and report unusual conditions.
