Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, policies, and emergency responses.
• Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and access activity; relay information to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate the dispatch of security personnel and resources across terminal, operations, and perimeter areas.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents following site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident reports; communicate during shift changes.
