Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated security leader to manage a client contract in Baltimore. You will oversee Supervisors and staff, ensuring performance, service and budget compliance while maintaining a safe environment for employees and visitors.

You'll establish working relationships with local police and fire departments, enforce security programs, and ensure post orders are followed. The role requires strong leadership, incident response, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in security or loss prevention management.
• Background check clearance and licensing requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct security staff at client site; enforce post orders.
• Develop and implement security procedures; coordinate with authorities.
• Monitor safety programs, emergency policies, and incident reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and provide quality customer service.
• Assist in payroll and personnel reporting; ensure account performance.
• Train security officers and oversee shift coverage and scheduling.
