Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a capable Security Contract Manager to oversee a client site, manage Supervisors and staff, and ensure performance, service excellence, and budget alignment. You will establish relationships with local authorities, enforce safety programs, and ensure compliant post orders and reporting.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience in security operations, life safety, and staffing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
• Background investigation required before employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV and access systems.
• Management experience in the Security Industry preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Complete state licensing requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Other qualifications may be specified or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction at client sites and enforce security programs.
• Ensure post orders are followed, complete rounds, file reports and logs.
• Maintain safety policies and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Oversee staff performance and development, including counseling when appropriate.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate security coverage across all posts and sites.
• Coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements.
• Maintain records and ensure staff sign-in/out for shifts.
• Manage relationships and communicate account performance to client.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
