Andy Frain Services, Inc. is hiring a Security Supervisor to lead a security team onsite. You will support daily operations, enforce procedures, and ensure a safe environment across sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid state-issued Security Guard card.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on short notice.
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must have a working smartphone for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Experience leading a team including Recruiting, Interviewing, On Boarding, Scheduling, Teaching, Accountability, CCTV, Basic computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security staff.
• Perform Security Officer duties when needed.
• Implement and enforce security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities.
• Train Security Officers and Shift Leads.
• Communicate with operations management.
• Conduct inspections and manage staff sign-in/out.
• Assist with payroll and personnel management.
