Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a motivated security supervisor to manage a contract, lead Supervisors and staff, and ensure safety, performance, and budget adherence at client sites. The role involves building relationships with local authorities and maintaining 100% staff compliance and training.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, experience in security operations, and the ability to develop and implement security procedures across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems
• 1 year in a management position within the Security Industry
• Background investigation required for employment
• Valid Driver’s License required
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct security staff at client site
• Ensure post orders followed and rounds completed
• Maintain daily/weekly reports and logs
• Coordinate with Operations manager on account performance
• Liaise with local police and fire departments as needed
• Develop training programs for security staff
• Assist in payroll and staffing matters
• Ensure safety and security procedures comply with policies
