Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a motivated security leader to manage a contract, oversee Supervisors and staff, and uphold safety, service, and budget targets. The role requires establishing relationships with local police and fire departments and ensuring post orders are followed with robust reporting.

Strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to coordinate across operations are essential for maintaining a secure facility environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some roles prefer additional degree.
• Background check required; driving license may be needed.
• Experience in loss prevention or security operations preferred.
• Ability to lead staff and manage client accounts.
• Knowledge of safety policies and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction at client sites; enforce security programs and post orders.
• Ensure rounds are completed and daily/weekly logs are filed.
• Develop and implement security procedures; liaise with authorities as needed.
• Maintain elevators and access device safety knowledge; coordinate with vendors.
• Counsel and discipline staff; train security officers and shift leads.
• Communicate account performance to Operations and client representatives.
• Assist in payroll submission and staffing coverage planning.
