Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associates or higher recommended.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems.
• 1 year in a management role within Security.
• Valid Driver’s License required and licensing compliance.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Additional qualifications may be specified by account needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-site security operations and enforce post orders.
• Develop and implement security procedures and emergency responses.
• Coordinate with police, fire departments and facility managers.
• Manage budgets, staffing and safety training for accounts.
• Maintain reports, logs, and incident documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company standards.
