Job summary

Andy Frain is seeking a Security Account Manager to lead on-site teams 3-4 days a week, coordinating with clients and management to ensure coverage and compliance. You will also oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing quality initiatives for security officers.

You will assess staff skills, assign posts, and ensure adherence to regulations while controlling labor costs and meeting profitability targets. The role focuses on Houston-area cultural property sites and client-driven security needs.

Qualifications

• Must meet and continue to meet Andy Frain employment standards.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Texas Level 3 (Commissioned) Security License.
• Ability to supervise and train security staff.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 2 and Level 3 site supervisors and officers.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure client requirements are met.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and ongoing training.
• Develop post orders and best practices for accounts.
• Manage payroll coordination and scheduling.
• Address personnel issues in line with policy.
