Job summary

Fidelity TalentSource in Merrimack, NH seeks a Security Receptionist to join the Global Security Operations team. You will be the first contact for associates, visitors, vendors, and customers, delivering hospitality while enforcing security protocols.

This 45-hour/week role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm with a 30-minute paid lunch. You will support front-desk operations, badge issuance, and incident reporting, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment built on professionalism

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere while following security procedures.
• Perform building access and check-in, issue badges for guests and employees.
• Manage visitor management system and entry log for accurate records.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report safety concerns.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Use life safety equipment; training provided (fire extinguishers, first aid, radios).
• Administer basic first aid and CPR (training provided).
