Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and telephone switchboard.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls.
• Greet and welcome guests and direct them to specific locations.
• Monitor lobby access to ensure only authorized people enter the facility.
• Assist visitors with queries and concerns, providing information and directing them to the correct entities.
