Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations duties at the assigned post. A week-long onboarding course is provided to equip you with best practices, tools, and guidance.

Annual salary is 78K, with a clean record and driving eligibility required. You will coordinate security operations, train staff, review reports, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional security- or supervisory-level experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating all aspects of the security contract at the site.
• Supervise shift staff, motivate and train Security Professionals.
• Maintain post orders and training information.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new employees.
• Review reports, logs, and pass-down communications.
• Respond to incidents and ensure appropriate actions.
