Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager in Nashua, NH to assist the Account Manager with supervisory, training and security operations at the assigned post. A comprehensive onboarding course will equip you with best practices and tools for success.

You will coordinate tasks, supervise Security Professionals, maintain post orders, and oversee incident reporting. This role requires strong leadership, communication and a customer-service mindset to sustain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related field.
• Valid state Guard License (or issued) and successful background/drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Energetic, proactive with strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to train and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordination of all aspects of the security contract at the site.
• Supervise, motivate and train Security Professionals; evaluate their performance.
• Maintain Post Order manual and site files, ensure proper upkeep of post.
• Participate in interviews and on-the-job training for new staff.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass-downs; distribute communications to staff.
• Manage sub-units of Security Department (e.g., control rooms, docks) and handle extra coverage requests.
• Respond to incidents and ensure proper reporting and escalation.
• Address personnel issues and support disciplinary actions as directed.
