Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager in Nashua, NH. The role assists the Account Manager with supervision, training, and operations of the security contract at the post, following client instructions and post orders.

A week-long onboarding course supports success in management tasks and client relations. Requirements include a high school diploma, 3–5 years in security, a valid Guard License, background check, and willingness to work a 24/7 schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security and related fields.
• Valid state Guard License and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating all aspects of executing the security contract at the location.
• Supervise shift personnel, coach and train staff, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain post orders, training materials, and site hygiene in accordance with client needs.
• Conduct interviews, onboard new employees, and coordinate post training.
• Oversee reports, logs, and communications within the Security Department.
• Manage sub-units like control rooms, and coordinate extra security coverage.
• Respond to incidents and escalate concerns to management as needed.
• Provide counseling or disciplinary support under guidance of management.
• Maintain client relationships and be available for emergencies 24/7.
