Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising security operations and staff at the assigned post. You will train staff, ensure adherence to post orders, and coordinate tasks under client instructions.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, 3–5 years of security experience, and a valid guard license. Onsite work and comprehensive onboarding are provided by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience required in security, law enforcement, or military.
• Valid state Guard License or active license before employment; background check and drug test.
• Ability to train and coach others; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of security operations under the Account Manager.
• Supervise shift supervisors and security professionals; evaluate performance and assign tasks.
• Maintain post orders, training materials, and site documentation; ensure proper organization and upkeep.
• Assist in interviews and on-the-job training for new staff; orient to post and client needs.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass-downs; communicate with security staff and clients as needed.
• Prepare work orders for extra coverage and manage sub-units within the Security Department.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; escalate issues to management as required.
• Identify personnel issues and support disciplinary actions under guidance of management.
• Remain available for after-hours emergencies and client contact to maintain relationships.
