Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager in Nashua, NH to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations duties at the assigned post, following post orders and client instructions. The role includes a week-long onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.

The position involves supervising security professionals, coordinating interviews and onboarding, maintaining post orders, and ensuring smooth operations while managing reports

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience; security industry, law enforcement or military background preferred.
• Valid state Guard License with ongoing maintenance.
• Ability to train, coach others and enforce standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; available 24/7 for emergencies.
• Driver's license with clean record if driving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the security contract at the site under the Account Manager.
• Supervise shift supervisors or security professionals and manage performance.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and training information.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new employees with on-the-job training.
• Oversee reports, logs, and communications within the Security Department.
• Manage sub-units like control room and loading docks as applicable.
• Respond to incidents and ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
• Identify and address personnel issues and assist with investigations.
