Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Security/Compliance Coordinator to maintain a safe, attractive environment for residents. You will conduct inspections, log visits, and manage violations while building positive relationships with owners, vendors, and managers.

The role requires 2+ years in a service setting, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently. Compliance or construction experience is a plus; schedule is Wed-Sun, 8am-4pm.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a service-related industry.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Proven experience handling conflict resolution.
• Compliance or construction background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce governing documents by visually inspecting the community and citing owners for non-compliance.
• Respond to inquiries via email or phone with owners and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
• Maintain a daily log of visits, inspections, and violations.
• Carry out safety practices and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare violations and enter data for new contracts.
• Review appeals for waivers and extensions and maintain logs.
• Back up the Support Team as needed and maintain the inspection schedule.
