Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to help maintain safe and well-maintained communities. You will keep daily logs of inspections, enforce governing documents, and build professional relationships with owners, residents, management, and vendors.

The role requires 2 years in a service-related field, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work independently. Local travel and a hourly rate of $23–$25 are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a service-related industry.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated experience handling conflict resolution.
• Compliance or construction background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routinely conduct camera footage inspections and cite owners for non-compliance.
• Respond to inquiries via email or phone and resolve questions promptly.
• Maintain daily logs of visits to communities.
• Enforce governing documents and rules for the community.
• Manage inspections schedule and compliance records.
