Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Command Center Operator in Downtown Los Angeles to support day-to-day security operations. You will coordinate scheduling, monitor alarms and calls, and act as a liaison between field personnel, supervision, and operations leadership to ensure timely, contract-compliant responses.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in scheduling or operations support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail with consistent documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accept, review, and execute temporary and last-minute work orders to support scheduling and coverage.
• Monitor and respond to incoming calls, alarms, and operational communications.
• Serve as liaison between field personnel, supervisors, and management.
• Document routine and unusual events through reports and logs.
• Provide guidance to security personnel during routine and emergency situations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and operational information.
• Handle complaints and critical event information promptly.
• Oversee portfolio-wide schedule build-out and timekeeping for clock-in/clock-out compliance.
• Place uniform orders for the portfolio as needed.
• Perform compliance code entry and issue completion certificates.
