Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Command Center Operator in Downtown LA to coordinate scheduling, monitor alarms, and serve as a liaison across field personnel, supervisors, and operations leadership. The role emphasizes accurate timekeeping, incident reporting, and maintaining confidentiality in a high-profile environment.

The position requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of scheduling or operations support experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in scheduling or operations support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accept, review, and execute temporary and last-minute work orders to support scheduling and coverage.
• Monitor and respond to incoming calls, alarms, and operational communications.
• Serve as liaison between field personnel, supervisors, and management.
• Document routine and unusual events through reports and logs.
• Provide guidance to security personnel during routine and emergency situations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and operational information.
• Handle complaints and critical event information promptly.
• Oversee portfolio-wide schedule build out and timekeeping, ensuring clock-in/clock-out accuracy.
