Job summary

Allied Universal in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Security - Client Manager to lead front-line staff and manage a designated portfolio across client sites. You will apply caring leadership, engage clients, and use AI tools and BI data to optimize schedules, control costs, and grow revenue while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires 1+ years law enforcement or 2+ years security supervision experience or 3+ years security experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years leading hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• Valid driver's license for business use.
• Strong ability to drive operational goals and results.
• Experience interpreting financial data for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium-sized clients within portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics; optimize schedules and costs.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR/AP, account health.
• Build and maintain client relationships; implement corrective action plans and protocols.
• Deliver high-quality service while ensuring safety, policies, and compliance.
