Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Client Services Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA to serve as the trusted link between clients and the organization. You will elevate service quality, strengthen client relationships, and drive account success through proactive communication, problem-solving, and operational insight.

The role requires leadership, a business degree or equivalent, and experience managing multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• A valid driver's license with suitable driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service and ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and staff as liaison.
• Meet clients regularly to address problems and provide status updates.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, training and staff development.
• Inspect accounts, review reports, provide guidance, ensure contract compliance.
