Job summary

You will champion service quality, strengthen client relationships, and help drive account success through proactive communication, problem-solving, and operational insight while leading a team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meets company standards.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service at facilities and maintain high standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and staff as liaison with GardaWorld.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues, provide updates, and ensure contract compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff assigned to accounts.
• Visit and inspect sites, review reports, provide training, ensure contract compliance and policy adherence.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and reporting.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all regulations and contracts.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
