Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Client Services Manager in Oklahoma City to be the trusted link between clients and the organization, ensuring exceptional service, strong relationships, and account success through proactive communication and problem-solving.

You will supervise day-to-day security service, manage client and staff relationships, and ensure contract compliance while supporting recruitment, training, and staffing needs across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service at facilities to ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and staff as liaison between GardaWorld and clients.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues, provide status updates, and ensure contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, training, and development of staff assigned to accounts.
• Inspect accounts, review reports, provide training and guidance, and ensure compliance with GardaWorld policies.
