M.C. Dean is hiring a Program Support Specialist 1 to assist project managers and engineers with day-to-day tasks, documentation, and procurement. The role emphasizes adherence to contract requirements and effective issue resolution.

You will work across departments to track deliverables, manage permits and access, and support material logistics, ensuring on-time project execution in a government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project support for project managers, engineers, and staff.
• Maintain contractual, proposal, and project documentation including contract repositories.
• Prepare, track, and file documentation for permits, security, access, and travel requests.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and perform related duties.
• Serve as focal point for ongoing issue resolution including commercial and federal compliance.
• Produce and track project deliverables such as reports and disposition forms.
• Create and modify material lists, shipping docs, and track materials throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate purchases, shipments, and deliveries with management and engineering.
