Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, and provide functional support to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

Essential duties include requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance or public trust required.
• Experience with iProcurement, iSupplier, Trading Partners and Payables.
• Understanding of accounting and SLA.
• Experience tailoring Oracle applications to client needs.
• Able to query Oracle schemas (12.2.x).
• Strong communication and requirements translation skills.
• Proven experience with requirements gathering, testing, and design.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements for Oracle EBS.
• Design and implement functional solutions using EBS modules.
• Configure and set up Oracle EBS to meet project needs.
• Create test plans, scripts, and perform functional testing and UAT.
• Provide ongoing end-user support and coordinate issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure integration.
• Analyze processes and identify improvements using Oracle EBS.
• Create system documentation and deliver user training.
