Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Senior Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design and implementation of system solutions, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust required.
• Experience with treasury and cash management implementations.
• Deep understanding of accounting and LOA configuration.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Finance/Procurement modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience; postgraduate study may substitute.
• Oracle EBS R12.2 experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements for Oracle EBS.
• Design and implement system solutions leveraging EBS.
• Configure EBS modules to meet business needs and support projects.
• Create test plans, scripts, and perform functional testing and UAT.
• Provide ongoing user support and coordinate resolutions with IT teams.
• Collaborate with business units and technical teams for integration.
• Analyze processes and identify improvements using Oracle EBS.
• Develop system and user documentation and deliver training.
