Job summary

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support the Defense Logistics Agency in Columbus, OH.

The role covers installation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training, with responsibilities spanning problem resolution, process analysis, and security policy adherence. Required are IT-II/NACLC clearance, SecureView Server Administrator and VPN certs, IAT Level II, and 6 years of IT experience including hands-on installation and training.

Qualifications

Must possess IT-II security clearance or NACLC.
Must have SecureView Server Administrator and SecureView VPN certifications.
Must have an IAT Level II certification.
Six years of progressive IT experience, three in Information Processing and two in hands-on installation/diagnosis/training.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver customer support services including installation, troubleshooting, user assistance and training.
Diagnose and resolve problems in response to user incidents; analyze work processes.
Develop training materials and conduct computing/information system training sessions.
Maintain problem-tracking databases and backup/recovery operations.
Install and troubleshoot hardware and software; consult with users to identify needs and requirements.
Ensure information security/Cybersecurity policies are followed and support eProcurement systems.
