Raytheon Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (Space ISR) is seeking an experienced professional to join our Mission Operations & Support (MOS) portfolio. The selected candidate will split responsibilities between leadership/oversight of the MOS Operations & Missions finance team including five financial analysts and direct program support. This role requires a confident, capable leader who can set direction for the team, foster development, and ensure consistent, high-quality financial execution across the sub-portfolio. Reporting directly to the IEO Business Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring strong program financial performance, including development of time‑phased integrated budgets, cost accounting, and compliance with internal and customer requirements. We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, and dedicated individual who is committed to program excellence and eager to grow as a leader within the finance organization. The position offers opportunities to work autonomously while collaborating closely with Program Management, Business Growth Leads, and cross-functional partners. Salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
