Job summary

RTX in State College, PA is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the MOS Operations & Support portfolio finance team. You will oversee program financial execution, drive budgets, cost accounting, and compliance, while mentoring analysts.

Reporting to the IEO Business Manager, you will shape forecasts, AOP/LRP planning, and DOA adherence, partnering with program management and cross-functional teams to deliver strong performance and growth. Relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required with 5+ years experience.
• Experience in program controls or financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; DoD/FAR/DFARS knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial execution across multiple programs; mentor junior analysts.
• Apply program controls, accounting, and FP&A to monthly reporting.
• Lead monthly forecasting, identify risks/opportunities, and report results.
• Support planning activities including AOP and LRP.
• Support Bid Gate activities with capture managers under DOA.
• Conduct balance sheet analysis and cash optimization.
• Maintain strong communication with Program Management to align resources.
• Develop talent and succession planning across finance.
