Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst to support Taurus program with a focus on time-phased budgets, cost accounting, and financial reporting. The role will collaborate across Program Management, Business Management, and cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and timely insights.

The position offers a mix of independent work and team collaboration in a dynamic defense environment, with opportunities for career growth and advancement within RTX. The role is onsite in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform program budgeting, scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and overall financial support.
• Develop quarterly EACs and projections for ETC, EAC, and LRE.
• Prepare and support financial CDRLs for customer submittals.
• Create program review materials for Raytheon leadership and Government customers.
• Support Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation; assist with manpower planning and forecasting.
