Raytheon Intelligence and Space is hiring a Finance Program Controls Analyst to support the MSO portfolio and Taurus program. The role focuses on budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting, with a path to career growth within the organization.

The position requires close collaboration with Program Management, Business Management, and other partners. Onsite work in Richardson, TX, is expected, with security clearance mandatory for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar financial tools.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform program budgeting, scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Develop quarterly EACs; project ETC, EAC, and LRE projections.
• Prepare and support CDRLs for customer submittals.
• Create program review materials for Raytheon leadership and Government customers.
• Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and cost reporting; support manpower planning.
