Job summary

Raytheon Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (Space ISR) seeks a seasoned finance leader to oversee program operations across the MOS portfolio. You will guide a team of five analysts, manage time‑phased budgets, and ensure cost accounting and compliance with DoD and customer requirements.

The role reports to the IEO Business Manager and emphasizes leadership development, cross‑functional collaboration with Program Management, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in program controls or financial analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial execution across multiple programs with guidance to junior analysts.
• Apply program controls, accounting, and FP&A to meet internal and external reporting.
• Lead monthly forecasting processes and communicate results clearly.
• Support planning activities including AOP and LRP; assist investment planning.
• Support Bid Gate activities with DOA adherence.
• Conduct balance sheet analysis and cash optimization strategies.
• Maintain communication with Program Management to align resources.
• Develop talent and succession planning within finance.
