CGS Federal is seeking a Business Analyst in Atlanta/remote/hybrid with a strong background in government projects and Agile delivery. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into clear documentation and process maps.

Responsibilities include producing briefings, leading cross-team collaboration, and driving service delivery improvements while communicating effectively with senior leadership and government executives.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, or engineering)
• Must be able to complete a Background Investigation and obtain Government Security clearance
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and/or design of information systems programs and related business processes
• Experience with phase-based and Agile delivery methods
• Experience with Jira or other Agile tools
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
• Must be able to work well both in a team and independently
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with government projects and policy/procedures teams
• Demonstrates ability to interact with Senior Leadership and Government Executives
• Experience in managing client requirements and small teams
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills

Responsabilités

• Document and analyze business and functional requirements for translation into process maps and technical system requirements
• Develop documentation including system diagrams, concepts of operations, and status reports
• Create high-level briefings and communications for customers and executives
• Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for service delivery improvement and new technology
• Gather information from subject matter experts to develop procedures and technical specifications
• Develop an understanding of Microsoft and Atlassian products (Teams, SharePoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence) for content translation
• Research, outline, write, and edit content with cross-team collaboration
• Develop content across media with a cohesive voice
• Perform risk management by identifying and mitigating risks
• Support continuous improvement of products, services, and processes
• Manage client interaction and align expectations with team efforts
• Identify and coordinate cross-team dependencies and collaboration
• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
