PENN Entertainment is seeking an Security Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations of the security team in Baton Rouge. You will supervise staff, coordinate incident response, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining a secure environment for guests and employees.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a valid gaming license, and strong writing and supervisory skills. On-site work with opportunities for growth within the security department.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Must be able to maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Demonstrated supervisor experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and security experience.
• Must possess excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
• Monitor and ensure achievement of performance and profit objectives.
• Maintain awareness of all property activity and respond to incidents.
• Coordinate scheduling with shift manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular security post inspections.
• Ensure security team adheres to dress and grooming standards.
• Prepare security incident reports and maintain logs.
• Protect company assets and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Address guest complaints and support guest services.
