PENN Entertainment in Baton Rouge is seeking a Security Lead Officer to ensure guest and asset safety in a fast-paced casino environment. You will supervise security staff, respond to incidents, and uphold procedures for entrances, alarms, and investigations.

The role requires 21+ years old, ability to obtain a Louisiana gaming license and vendor permit, and strong writing skills. Experience in security or customer service is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain and maintain an active Louisiana gaming license.
• Must obtain and maintain a current State Responsible Vendor Permit.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
• Excellent writing skills and experience in security or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of civil and criminal laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and knowledgeable service to guests.
• Oversee scheduling, training, development, motivation and supervision of security staff.
• Assist sick or injured patrons and employees.
• Inspect and monitor security entrances, alarms and surveillance.
• Write incident reports and obtain witness statements when necessary.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in drills.
